Clinical Site Development Coordinator, Pulse Radiology

Full Time – Remote

Job Summary

Edcetera is seeking a Clinical Site Development Coordinator, Pulse Radiology, who will develop relationships, build contractual agreements, and increase engagement with clinical sites for our radiology students to be placed while pursuing their advanced certification in MRI, CT, and Mammography. This role will work with the clinical coordination team, admissions, and leadership to achieve the ideal customer experience for students with Pulse Radiology.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Sales and sourcing partnerships, in managing the full lifecycle of contractual accounts, and daily pipeline maintenance. The candidate must have a hunter mindset, scout new locations, and have relationship building and effective communication as well as demonstrate a high level of task ownership and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieves company clinical site targets
  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, sales prospecting tools, marketing qualified leads (MQLs), and online research
  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and prospecting business relationships with clinical sites
  • Strong understanding of company products or services as well as market position to keep business competitive
  • Problem-solve customer friction points and overcome objections
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional peers, clinical site staff, and leaders
  • Maintain Salesforce pipeline and track leads effectively
  • Generate reports as necessary to assess student performance and program effectiveness
  • Communicate data, feedback, and areas of improvement to relevant stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, healthcare administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years in Sales, Business Development, or a similar field
  • Ability to build lasting business partnerships
  • Excels at leveraging influence across multiple channels
  • Identify partnership opportunities and quickly connect with decision makers
  • A talent, resilience, and resourcefulness to move sites through the sales cycle
  • Professionalism and integrity
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organization skills
  • Proven track record of collaboration
  • Thrives in a dynamic start-up environment, deals with ambiguity, problem-solves and creates clarity
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Experience in radiology, MRI or CT

Compensation

  • Salary starting at $60,000 plus bonus, commensurate with experience
