Learning Advisor – Healthcare, Animal and Human

Job Summary

Edcetera is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Learning Advisor to engage with our healthcare students. The candidate will be responsible for helping students by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. As a Learning Advisor, you will play a critical role in shaping the learning experience by ensuring positive engagement for our students, contributing to the greater Learning Advisory team, and collaborating and providing feedback to our cross-functional teams. The candidate who will succeed appreciates the challenge of multi-tasking while providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide information about the products and services
• Understand the technical aspects of our curriculum to advise our students
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Recommend other products and services while assisting customers
• Communicate customer feedback cross-functionally for product improvements

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Adept at problem solving and finding solutions that meet both the business and customer needs
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience with Salesforce and other customer solutions

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a regulated field
• Experience working in education
• Experience With Slack and other internal communication methods
• Bilingual in Spanish

• Starting at $20 per hour
