Summary

Eden Capital and Intelvio, a leading healthcare training company, are seeking a qualified President to continue to drive Intelvio’s growth.

Intelvio is a leading provider of training for allied health professionals. The current platform is focused on 5 healthcare fields: Phlebotomy, Pharma Tech, EMS, Mental Health and Medical Assisting.

The Company has multiple avenues for organic growth including opening new locations and penetrating new states, entering adjacent healthcare fields, and developing B-to-B relationships. In addition, Intelvio has completed two acquisitions in the last year and is well positioned to serve as an acquisition platform. The goal is to continue to grow the platform into a national leader in allied health training across all 50 states to increase the supply of quality allied health professionals.

Eden Capital, a New York based private equity firm, has recently made an investment in Intelvio to help drive the business through itsnext phase of growth.

Opportunity

The President will set Company strategy and drive growth in current and adjacent verticals. The President will also establish the processes and systems necessary for sustainable growth, as well inspiring a thriving culture of people excited to scale.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Build a B2B strategy to address the training needs of healthcare organizations, clinical labs and pharmacies
  • Drive growth in new verticals
  • Lead M&A activity, and integration of acquired businesses
  • Develop, grow, and retain a dynamic and experienced team

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have led a company or a business unit with $25-$150mm in revenue where they demonstrated solid performance in growth and margins, created go-to-market strategies for existing and new business lines, and managed a senior team and a P&L.

You should have the following experiences and skill sets:

  • Proven track record of growth and profitability as a leader of a multi-million-dollar company or division
  • Managed and built a performance driven team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Managed B2B healthcare company or line of business
  • Ability to create a market map, assess value-added acquisitions, execute M&A and integrations
  • Experience working with private equity
