Join our esteemed team at PTS, a well-established Utah-based organization with a proud 30-year history, as we embark on a search for a dedicated Phlebotomy Instructor at our prestigious King of Prussia location.

Position: Phlebotomy Instructor/Director

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive instruction in the art of phlebotomy for aspiring phlebotomists.
• Cultivate a positive, encouraging, and safe learning environment for students during lecture and all clinical drawing portions.
• Encourage and support students throughout the program to ensure successful completion.
• Deliver our insightful curriculum in a clear and easily comprehensible manner.
• Manage onsite inventory and classroom cleanliness.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including classroom documentation (If applicable).
• Productive attendance and timeliness to all scheduled classes.
• Required reliable transportation and an address to receive inventory boxes.
• Required Technology knowledge with IPads, mirror casting, troubleshooting, etc.
• Preferred - EKG knowledge and work experience

State Requirements:

• Current Certified Phlebotomy Technician, with a minimum of 2 years of full-time phlebotomy experience in the last 5 years (including venipunctures, blood collection, lab processing, and special specimen procurement); a copy of the phlebotomy certificate will be required upon request
• Hold at least a high school diploma or GED, and have completed a program of instruction at a recognized school directly related to the field of teaching; a copy of the diploma or transcript will be required upon request.

Required Documents:(Required to move forward to final interview, and be considered for position)

• Current Resume
• Current Vocational education certification in Phlebotomy
• Copy of Degree or Postsecondary Completion or High School Completion

Director/Instructor schedule *required to work both shifts listed*:

AM Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM - 1:00PM

PM Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00PM - 10:00PM

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
