Role Summary

We’re hiring a Product Manager to own the product vision, align it with business goals, and represent the voice of the customer. You'll work closely with leadership, customers, sales, and our execution-focused product analysts to define priorities and ensure we’re building the right features for the right users at the right time, always maintaining a commercial focus on projects and products that drive revenue growth.

This is a strategic, high-leverage role ideal for someone with deep domain knowledge, strong product instincts, and a bias toward clarity and focus.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Alignment (40%)

  • Define and evolve the product vision, positioning, and core workflows of White Cup CRM + BI that ensure the commercial success of our products
  • Be an expert on the problem to be solved, our solution, and the market
  • Set priorities based on customer value, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Maintain and communicate a roadmap for internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with product marketing to develop core positioning and plan impactful releases

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement (30%)

  • Conduct user interviews and gather insights from sales, support, and customers
  • Translate customer feedback and market needs into clear product opportunities
  • Validate assumptions with real-world use cases and feedback loops

Collaboration & Oversight (30%)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the execution PMs
  • Review feature definitions, UX proposals, and release plans
  • Approve scope and direction for upcoming sprints and releases
  • Participate in periodic design reviews, sprint reviews, or UAT as needed

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management or product ownership experience in B2B software
  • Deep familiarity with CRM, BI, ERP, or similar systems used by industrial, distribution, or sales teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communicator, especially in distilling complex needs into focused product direction
  • Experience working with remote or hybrid teams and managing outsourced product contributors
  • Experience working on AI solutions tailored for business use
  • Comfortable with modern product tools like Aha, Jira, Figma, Office suite

Nice to Have

  • Domain expertise in industrial distribution or B2B sales workflows
  • Experience migrating legacy software products
  • Familiarity with SaaS growth metrics, user onboarding, or customer success
