About the Role
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality onboarding experiences through standardized project delivery. This role focuses on efficiently completing standard implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, smoothly, and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with other Professional Services team members to streamline delivery, reduce implementation timelines, and maximize customer value from White Cup’s CRM and BI solutions. Acting as a trusted implementation expert, you will guide customers through the process with confidence and clarity, ensuring a seamless transition to go-live.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Standard Projects: Execute repeatable implementation processes and configurations aligned with White Cup’s best practices, ensuring consistent and timely delivery.
- Customer Guidance: Serve as the primary customer contact during implementation, setting expectations, providing clear communication, and driving confidence in project success.
- System Installation: Perform standard system setup, and basic configuration and data migrations.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Partner with Professional Services colleagues and cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales) to coordinate efforts and deliver cohesive, high-quality outcomes.
- Training & Enablement: Deliver effective end-user training using standardized content, ensuring customers can confidently adopt and use White Cup CRM and BI.
- Process Improvement: Identify common challenges, propose refinements, and contribute to improving templates, playbooks, and documentation to accelerate future projects.
- Smooth Handoffs: Ensure clear and thorough transitions of accounts to Customer Success for long-term support and adoption.
Qualifications
- 1+ years in implementation, onboarding, or consulting roles (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Experience with CRM and/or BI tools; knowledge of distribution or manufacturing industries a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong facilitation and training skills with end-users and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data migration processes, ETL tools, or APIs is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Technical Aptitude: Quick to learn and configure SaaS systems; comfortable with data migrations, imports, and basic integrations.
- Communication: Clear, confident communicator who can explain technical steps in simple terms.
- Project Execution: Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects with tight timelines.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying risks or blockers and finding practical solutions.
- Collaboration: Works well under guidance from senior colleagues and contributes effectively to a team-driven approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM and/or BI tools; knowledge of distribution or manufacturing industries a plus.
- Familiarity with data migration processes, ETL tools, or APIs is an advantage.
