About the Role

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for delivering clean, efficient, and predictable SaaS implementations for our customers.

This is not an administrative or training-first role.

We are looking for someone who can run implementations—own timelines, set expectations, and drive projects to completion. You will be responsible for leading customers through a structured implementation process, maintaining scope, and ensuring projects stay aligned to defined timelines and best practices.

What You'll Do

Deliver Implementations

  • Execute standardized implementation processes, including system configuration, data setup, and migrations
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are consistently met

Own Customer Interactions

  • Serve as the primary customer contact during implementation
  • Set clear expectations around scope, timelines, and responsibilities
  • Maintain alignment to defined processes and prevent scope creep

Drive Project Outcomes

  • Identify risks early and take action to keep projects on track
  • Hold customers accountable for required inputs (data, access, engagement)
  • Deliver clean, complete implementations aligned to defined processes and standards

Collaborate & Improve

  • Partner with Customer Success, Support, Product, Sales, and Learning & Development
  • Contribute to improving templates, playbooks, and processes
  • Support clean handoffs post-implementation to enable long-term success

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or consulting roles (B2B preferred)
  • Experience working with CRM, BI, or similar business systems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working directly with customers in a structured, deadline-driven environment

  • Works effectively across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or office technology industries
  • Exposure to ETL processes, APIs, or data migration tools
